I am 11 weeks pregnant and my boss smokes in our office. I can't seem to pluck up the courage to ask him to consider not doing this. I have told him that the smell of smoke is really getting bad but he hasn't stopped. Any advice?

Look into the legal side of things. I know most buildings had a no smoking rule, especially if you are renting the space (like an office building).
Look into your rights and good luck :)
