my daughter who is now obviously 1 used to go to sleep with no problem at 8pm and wake at 8am but in the last month or so she has been going to bed at 4AM! ever night and waking at 12pm. i have tried waking her up early but she just goes back to sleep again and if i keep her awake she is so grumpy! i don't know what to do, Help?

the best thing to do is to try and keep her busy durning the day and putting her back to sleep at 8 or 9pm and let her cry a little she will wear out and get back to her routine but if you let her get her way then its 4 am nights my son was bad like that but when my mom took him for a week she said withing the 2nd day he was sleeping at 7 and woke up at 8am, hope it works out for you and it helped a little.
