Anyone else experiencing Pregnancy carpel Tunnel? It's horrible, I can;t sleep, work and sometimes during the day I just ache! Has anyone talked to there doctor about it? I have an appt in a few days.

i have had it since 4 weeks pregannt
i wear a wrist split and i also have to do exercises as well if you keep ur wrist straight then the nerve has more space to move in and it wont hurt carpen tunnel is wear the fluid bulds up in your joints and the nerve cant moce freely

i have this issue everytime. my doc has me wear a wrist brace. also gentle massages from my hubby are in order at night. there are also hand exercises you can do.

I seem to have it in the middle of the night & morning & it's excruciating at times, I am almost in tears. I see my doctor on March 6 & am going to mention it. Sorry I have no advice, I just rub the hand as best I can & take some Tylenol.
