Has anyone sex drive changed after. being on the iud Mirena? Mine has went straight to the dumps! And my huband hates that I'm never in the mood. Help!

if you have a husband, I say change b/c quick. Im single so no sex drive works for me rt now. But I think I still have one. Espcially when it gets close to that time of month.

Tell your doctor and maybe he/she will be able to give you something or suggest an alternate birth control that will help you out.

I had the mirena for almost a year and i didn't want to have sex. Half the reason is because of my heigth I could feel it and so could my husband. But other than that it made me not want to have sex either so its not unusual. It is actually a known side effect of having it they just don't like to tell you that.
