Ok so my son is 5 months old and i was planning on switching to formula at six months. However I just don't think he is getting enough to eat. What is the best way to switch to formula and what is the easiest for him to digest since he has only had breast milk and cereal???!!!!

My son is 4 months and It seemed like he was eatting all the time. So I started giving him formula bottle's and breast feeding him just a few time's a day. It didn't seem to really effect him. We use Enfamil Premium Lipil

I'm doing the same thing when my LO turns 6 months. I already have him on food. Squash, spinich, yams, oatmeal, carrots, and started to supplement with GoodStart Gentle Ease formula. He is 5 months now and he doesn't seem to mind.

My husband and I want to have another child soon so I have to ween him from BM so I can conceive again. Our LO was IVF.

I use Similac Advance, which digests very well with my baby. I think what you can try is to mix the breast milk with formula, putting less and less breast milk each feeding until he is completely on formula. Or just let him try it and see if he likes it alone. You never know!
