I have a chart on my fridge and it says 12-17 pounds or 4-11 mos get .8mL or 1/2 tsp of infant concentrated tylenol drops. It'd been a while since I looked at it and I realized a week or so ago that we'd been giving my 5 month old the lower, newborn dosage for a while, not that we give him tylenol on a regular basis or anything. It's good to have a chart for guidance, though. I got it from the ped. I believe.

0.8 mL for babies over 11 lbs is what my pediatrician told me....
