I am trying to get Bub to start sleeping all though the night without feeding. He goes down anywhere from 7:30 - 9:30 and wakes up at 6 - 6:30 every morning. He will have just one nap a day, sometimes depends how long his first nap is.

I just want to know what is your routine not just sleeping but the lot?

Wakes 7-7.30am
Breaky- two weat biscuits with milk, toast (one piece), and milk in sipper cup.
Go for a walk in the pram, play with toys etc.
10am - Nap for about an hour
Play more , go outside and explore the back yard
11.30-12pm Lunch, Sandwhich and/or Banana
go shopping, have a play date or just playing with mum
1.30pm - Nap about an hour
More play , maybe have a bath
3.30-4pm Arvo tea, Milk, saltanas, milk arrowroot biscuit
Time with daddy, play,
6pm - Dinner ( whatever we are eating, just chopped smaller)
Milk about 7pm then bed... He sleeps wrapped but we are in the process of putting him down unwrapped (it worked tonight). He is awake when we put him in bed but he puts himself to sleep without a dummie..... he usually sleeps all night, sometimes wakes and we usually give him a dummie if he seems distressed, otherwise just let him go back to sleep himself.
He is 13 months old. Hope that helps

Our routine changes from day to day because of my wierd work schedule but here is our tuesday/friday one.
8:00 am - Wake up, Breakfast (4 oz bottle of milk, 1/2 c rice cereal with fruit)
10:00 am - Snack (Juice, Snack Food)
12:00 noon - Lunch (4 oz bottle of milk, 1/2 c meat, 1/2 c fruit)
12:30-2:30 - Nap
2:30 pm - Snack (Juice, Snack food)
4:30 pm - Another snack - usually cheese or a 4 oz bottle of milk- to tide her over until dinner
(She might have a light nap somewhere in here - still trying to break her of that second nap)
6:30pm - Dinner (Meat, Veggie, Fruit)
7:45 pm - Bath
8:00 pm - 7 oz bottle of milk
8:30 pm - Bed

Of course this is not set in stone and she tells me when she is hungry or tired, but she stays pretty close to this time frame.

Alex was sleeping through the night for a few glorious months, but probably around 10 mos., he started waking up. Unfortunately, we didn't do a good job teaching him to put himself to sleep when he was really small, and by the time we started, he was old enough to sit up or pull up in the crib, and he'll stand and cry/tantrum for over an hour. We both work, so when he did this in the middle of the night, we would try for 30-60 minutes to get him back down, then (and here was our big mistake) we'd take him to our bed where he could nurse and/or snuggle. Once he figured out that system, there was no way he'd give up and go to sleep. We are trying now to comfort but NEVER take him to our bed, but it is so hard to stand by the crib, dead tired, watching the minutes tick by and knowing you are going to end up with 5 hours of sleep. It's also hard when we know he's stuffed up or teething--we know he's not feeling 100% and want to give him some extra TLC.

I have noticed that Alex typically has better nights when he's had lots of free playtime on the floor with his toys. Days when he's been shuffled between carseat and stroller all morning tend to produce rougher nights.

His new thing is that he wants to nap only an hour where he used to nap 2-3 hours. We are experimenting with a morning nap and afternoon nap that are a bit shorter instead of one big long nap in the afternoon. (The one long nap was based on what Alex seemed to want to do--not our idea to give up the AM nap!)

my is 13months old and she doesn't sleep throw the night still we put her down from 8-8:30pm after another bottle and she wakes up any where from 11:45-2:00am for one more bottle, then she wakes up any where from 6:30- 8:30am. she is ever active all day expect when she takes her naps 2 hour after she wakes up and then another one 2-3 hours after she wakes up from the other. she has an older sister so she can't help but to be active all day. she loves her food and eat all the time. So i just don't know what to do to get her to sleep through the night.

i go to school and so he goes to daycare during the day. at daycare they usually take them for a walk or let them play outside in the grass for a bit, and then also have an organized activity, like painting or singing. because he has organized time at daycare, and also because when we come home i have to make dinner and do the dishes, i usually let him have free play with his toys. when i'm not getting things ready, i usually sit on the floor and when he wants me to play with him he will come over to me and then i'll play with him. i also love playing with him in the tub.

Our routine is:

She wakes up between 7:15-7:30 (on her own)

Breakfast then a sippy cup of milk while snuggling with mommy watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse

TV off, then playtime in the house

read a couple books in bedroom

9:30-10:30/10:45 is AM nap

Snack upon awakening

Walk outside for a half hour or so (sometimes grocery shopping or walk the mall when weather is nasty)

Play time at home

Lunch at 12:30

Reading time (my daughter ADORES books)

PM nap at 1:30-3:00 or so

Snack upon awakening

Play time with mommy around the house

Dinner at 5:30pm

Play time, sometimes another little trip outside

Bath time at 7pm, followed by jammies, milk in her sippy while reading stories, brush teeth, nighttime prayers and one song, and then into bed by 7:45/8:00- she is always laid down awake and puts herself to sleep

My daughter is one week shy of 13 months old. I try to be very active w/her during the day, and she's an awesome sleeper... has been since about 6 weeks old.

Lol- hope that's not WAY more detailed than you wanted. =)

My little man is thankfully a great sleeper gets it from his daddy! But my routine is Bed between 7 and half past. Once in his bedroom that is where he stays till the morning. If he wakes we have a cuddle but stay in his room. Wakes between 7 and 8am, has milk and breakfast and after been up around 2 hours is put back down again. Normally has about an hour and has lunch when he gets up. We then have 3 or 4 hours doing what we want to do and goes down again about 4pm for a sleep or rest, whichever he chooses. Again around an hour then dinner, bath and bed.
