I work full-time and am so frustrated that all the children's yoga is during the day. My 7 year old really wants to do it and I would love to join her, but can't find a studio that offers evening classes.

Ruta Maya in South Austin has free family yoga for kids Saturdays from 10-11am.

Yoga Yoga studios offer a kids class on Saturday from noon-1, but that is in the NW studio. On Thursdays, they offer a kid's class from 3:30-4:30 at the Westgate studio. Perhaps you could leave work early that day or do a class with your child on the weekend?
