Does anyone know how to go about getting the forms or letter nessasary to enter a child in public school who has a belief against immunizations?

My son is starting kindergarden this fall and I am needing to know directly what and how to obtain the nessasary forms for families who have beliefs against immunizing thier children. I have been through some websites but I can not figure this out directly. PLease help

I would just call AISD central office. 414-1700. They are open year round. They will direct you to the person you need to talk to.
