How do I put my child in her crib at naptime?

I'm having trouble laying my 5-month-old in her crib for naps. She goes down great at night, but always screams when I put her down for naptime. I've tried to simulate our bedtime routine by rocking in her nursery and reading a book, but she seems to know the difference. Any tips?
