Amazon....Love all the variety and like the "one click" pay. They also have lots of reviews. I always read them before I buy. I usually get some Christmas gifts (toys) online. I can get feedback too about how good the toys were.

Hautelook.com. This website has a wide variety of items to purchase from household furniture, clothing for the whole family, books & much more at incredibly low prices. Most importantly their customer service is excellent. Despite most items are non-returnable, they allowed me to return three items I purchased plus they gave me a $20 credit each time. One of the items was the wrong color and the other two the nuts did not fit the side tables I had purchased.
