I'd like to work out more and am looking for yoga and Pilates studios with childcare. Do you know of any in the Austin area?

The Lifetime on Parmer/45(620) also has Yoga/Pilates and child-care. Yoga is free with membership, Pilates is extra

Kula Yoga in Tarrytown & Bodhi Yoga at Hill Country Galleria both have yoga with childcare (tots and kids yoga) in the next room. I think Sacred Streams on Anderson Lane is also going that direction.

I have been going to Janice Nichols at Hottie Pilates for over 5 years and LOVE that she has now put out video workouts on demand. I just had another baby, so getting into the studio is almost impossible. It's less that $20 a month and SO WORTH IT! Check it out at www.hottie-pilates.com

Kula Yoga at Exposition and Windsor has childcare, some baby and mommy classes, and toddler classes that run simultaneously with adult classes.

24 hour fitness has both yoga and pilates classes. They have childcare open in the morning and afternoon-until 830 at night during the week. Its only $30 a month, which pays its self off considering 2 yoga classes cost twice that much.

Yoga Groove near Anderson Lane and Mopac has free childcare Monday thru Thursday for their 9:30am class. It's Bikram, hot yoga, but those classes have helped me lose the 15 lbs I just lost and then next 15 I still have to lose. Great atmosphere, great teachers, great owner. http://yogagroove.com/

The BYD Bikram Yoga studio that I go to downtown offers childcare at their 10:00 class Monday through Friday. I think it's $5.00. Don't know if you have ever tried Bikram yoga, but it's a type of hot yoga and the class length is 1.5 hours. It's pretty intense but really great. Their website is: www.bydaustin.com
