Best advice: dont be to hard on yourself, just do your best

Worst piece of advice: Breastfeeding is easy!!

Most challenging part of being a mum: not being able to get anything done to my satisfaction.

Best bit: All of it. His smile, the way he looks at me, getting to nap during the day.

Interesting facts about me and our family: Hubby is a chef and works long hours but he more than makes up for it on his days off as he is a very loving man and also does all the housework

Stories you wish to share: I have many stories and hope to share them all in good time

Best piece of advice you got prior to giving birth: Enjoy Motherhood, no matter what gets thrown at you.

Worst piece of advice you have been given: No harm in comparing...you need to see where your baby is at!

Most challenging part of being a mum so far: Not knowing why my little girl is crying (even after eliminating all possibilities)

Best bit about being a mum so far: The beautiful smile i get every time she looks at me, the kisses and hugs given without even asking for them and knowing she relies on me for everything.

Interesting facts about me and my family: I have a wonderful husband who helps me whenever he can...even after a long, hard day of work and my border collie who adores Bianca and gives her plenty of 'wet' kisses. We're one, little, very happy family. Couldn't ask for anything better xoxo

Best piece of advice you got prior to giving birth: "You're the mother" - trust yourself

Worst piece of advice you have been given: Breastfeeding should be painless (its not, but it does get better)

Most challenging part of being a mum so far: The lack of sleep, and the ability to do things when I want, rather than when she lets me, haha

Best bit about being a mum so far: Being greeted by huge grins first thing of a morning

Interesting facts about me and my family: I cant really think of anything terribly interesting, just to say that I have a fantastic hubby and family and Im loving watching my little girl grow into a little person :o)

Best piece of advice you got prior to giving birth: sleep when your baby sleeps

Worst piece of advice you have been given: too many to mention, all mostly from my grandmother. Things like the doctor is wrong! *insert strange ancient home remedy here*

Most challenging part of being a mum so far: The lack of sleep and lack of things mothers can do with kids

Best bit about being a mum so far: The hugs, breastfeeding, everytime my daughter laughs

Interesting facts about me and my family: I have a great supportive mum and dad and moved in with them so mummy can help me. My grandmother is great too knits my daughter clothes and beanies but has the worst advice and opinions about babies ever lol

Stories you wish to share (if any): Once as i was preparing my daughters bath my hubby decided to get her nude and ready, i warned him i wasnt finished but he picked her up and held her waiting for my OK.. while he waited she weed all over him... and he had just had a shower himself! Hehe
