Potty Training a girl with Autism and "Leaky Gut"

My precious princess is 9 years old. She is a pretty high functioning Autistic child who at 9 is speaking and starting to read. The one thing I can't figure out is how to toilet train her. She has a diagnosis of "Leaky Gut" and is seeing a specialist to help with it. The medical part is on it's way to being fixed our problem is that our daughter just doesn't care about being dirty. I've tried the reward way, I've tried positive reinforcement, we've written social stories and we are currently seeing a psychiatrist but nothing seems to be working. Anyone have any ideas?

does she see an ABA therapist? We potty trained our then 2 year old (weeks before his 3rd bday) who has severe autism (nonverbal and no receptive language at the time) and he is totally potty trained now. We gave him no choice. It was intensive, all day in the bathroom with no clothes on below the waist. Push fluids to make them go more often. We put him on the toilet whenever he initiated urination/defecation. After several successes, he got to add one more room in the house to go in until finally all rooms were accessible (this took about 3 days). Then we added one item of clothing for every 3 successes in a row. It was several days for him to get it, but several months to perfect it.
