my son is 4 yrs old, has trouble speaking,he can speak not in sentence like.but i can understand even if only 3 words...im showing him flash cards and he learn and knows it now everytime were doing it..when his playing he copies what he saw everytime..im worrid because maybe we dont go out much,but now every afternoon we go to the neighborhood play we other child now i see improvement but still he can speak only words for words..

thankyou i hope if he has autism,i still hope he can cope with it...i know our lord god is there for all of us....there's a purpose right? :) btw im from the philippines thanks everyone

Talk to your pedi about early intervention therapy. It is most of the time free therapy for your child. It was very helpful to us. Helped a lot with speech and motor skills! At the very least it's a free evaluation to find out if your child is meeting his milestones. Good luck!

Does he have other signs of autism. If your that concern that him to adevelopment specialist to see

for me my doubt for that autism on him is when his playing always repeating and delay on speaking...autism or adhd because when im asking him for something to get he follows and knows it..so for me i think its not autism but yeah im sending him on speech therapy

I would suggest speech theraphy, and they will pick it up if there is a problem. are the flash cards easy print for him to read and are they everyday common words .
