I would like to know how much I should pay for her. Also how should I instruct her in her playing with him?

I met her just a few minutes ago. She is a nice and calm girl, do not know how she is going to act like when she is going to play with my son.

another comment: I am living at a little town called Rolla in Missouri. The daycare usually charge you $90-110 for caring kids for a week. So how much I should pay her?
