So, the doctor put my 8 yr old daughter on Celexa for her anxiety. can anyone tell me if they have any positive on this, from what I have read , it really isnt that helpful in autistic children.

Thanks Susan, I take lexapro myself but he said no to her on it and the celexa is not helping at all and he said he wasnt changing so im looking for a new Dr, for sure. I know my daughter and so does the school alot better than him.

My daughter takes Lexapro, a similar medication, for her anxiety and it has been wonderful for her in keeping the anxiety under control.
