My son takes fish oil chewable tablets for kids (the chewy capseal is flavoured) a multivitamin and a vitamin C. He loves them and is rarely sick. I've also heard that magnesium tablets are supposed to be good. As yet we have not tried them so am not sure of it's benefits, but a pharmaceutical website should be able to give you the pros and cons if you're wondering - that includes vitamins. Or you can talk to your pharmacist/paediatrician and ask them what they would reccommend.

My son started talking and his behaviour changed after I switched him to a gluten and dairy free diet. At the moment the only thing he is on is calcium tablets because he doesn't get any through his diet, however we are looking into biomeds as I have read a lot of good feedback from parents who have used them. It is fish oil, omega 3 & 6 and a few others that I can't remember.

I give my kid gummy bear vitamins. But beyond that, nothing.
