I find that just incorporating Avon into my everyday routine helps me get customers. If the weather's nice I like to get out and go to yard sales, where I end up passing out books. If I go shopping anywhere like to places where you have to go I always take brochures...simply because you never know when you might run into somebody who would like an Avon brochure. I wear their jewelry and/or clothes when I go anywhere. When people comment on them, it's a perfect opportunity to tell them about Avon and give them a brochure. If I spent the day indoors I advertise online and find ways to market myself. I'll spend a lot of time on facebook or blog(s).

Ask some friends to have a book party. With a book party you provide several brochures to a friend. Ask them to get a minimun of 10 individual orders. Hopefully the orders will be at least $100. Give the host a discount and you should realize 10 new customers if not more that will be with you for the future.

I am in the same predicament. I have sent out my brochures, made a facebook page, sent out e-mails and have told everyone I know. It's much more difficult than I thought. I had a number of clients but sadly my Dad passed away and I stopped selling for a while. Now, I'm back and my clients are gone.
