I had my 2nd child at home with a mid-wife. It was planned due to insurance reasons. My husband and I are not going to have anymore children, but I were I would have the baby at home again. My 1st child was delievered at the hospital. I learned more with my 2nd than I did with my 1st. My baby girl is now 7 years old and is in !st grade. She loves live and loves everything about school. She has red hair and blue eys. She lights up our lives as well as our oldest who is 9.

Yes insurance reasons is how I talked my husband into a home birth the first time. :) His family and friends were all like, "its not safe if its not in a hospital!" so financial reasons was the only way to talk him into it. :)
