My daughter is 13mo and eats reasonably well loves her fruits and veges and a little bit of meat. She cannot have dairy or egg though which cuts out alot of our food options. Breakfast is particularly difficult cause whilst she loves porridge she prefers to feed herself and needless to say she hasn't mastered the art of the spoon yet so it tends to make a whole lot of mess and not feed her very well. She loves toast but I don't like giving her the same thing all the time... And all those little breakfast bars they make are out because they contain dairy. I generally give her toast and fruit but would love some more ideas. She eats carrot sticks, zucchini and capsicum strips, potato chips (note she can't have sweet potato or tomato either), chicken breast nuggets, chicken, steak strips, lamb, peas and corn, mushroom slices, roasted beetroot and pretty much all fruits. She also has bread (toast or sandwiches), rice cakes etc. There's probably a few more things but that's the main of it. Thanks in advance
