My 18 month old daughter is telling us right after she poops that she is done. Do you think it's time for me to potty train her. She will be 2 in April. She has three older brothers and they were potty trained by 2 or 2 1/2. Is it easier to potty train girls then boys.

18 months is actually perfect time for potty training. I have heard girls are easier to train then boys. I am potty training my 15 month old daughter right now. And it will be great to have her fully potty trained by her 2nd birthday. Get out the bragging book! Hope this helps.

introduce the potty - I am going to start my son at 18 months of having him sit on and and stuff. that way when he is ready he wont be afraid to sit on it. she is ready if she is telling you she is done :) girls are soo much easier then boys

if she is telling you that she is finished, it sounds like she is ready to me, i would introduce the potty and see what she thinks
