When Wil gets "attitude" I tell him his behaviour is unacceptable then I ignore him, just completely ignore him. Step over him, talk to his sister do things with her and only her. He throws himself on his bed for 10 mins and then he's fine again. He's doing it less since he started school. Although I praise them all the time, the praise he gets from his teachers seems very special to him.

LOL!!My son has always had an attitude!! I call it fiesty :) These kids, in my opinion, are a pain in the butt now but when they get out on thier own they will know what they want and don't want and they won't let anyone push them around. ... that's my story and I'm sticking to it! LOL

When Zane does the attitude thing the laundry is the place he goes.  Nothing to do in there....  I reward the good behaviour and explain to him that this is the way we should behave.

You have to do what works for you.

When Kiera has attitude, which is alot, we do a complete time away--not just time out, she has to spend the entire day/night in her room by herself no tv and no playing with her siblings or out talking to us, it kills her

hi, my little boy's attitude has got much worse since he started school, i think it depends on the situation how u deal with it but i found the most positive one is a reward chart that way i praise and reward him when he's good and ignore the negatives xx
