As soon as she turned one month old, Zaria started going only on Tuesdays but she still has the same number of wet diapers as before. The doctor told me that it's normal for a breastfed baby to go anywhere from multiple times a day to only once a week because after the first month all colostrum is gone from the breastmilk, and that colostrum has a sort of laxative in it. Anyone else experiencing this?

We had isses like that for the first 6 weeks. Zoe was only going every 6 days, but she was also colicky and gassy at night. I have gone off dairy and that has helped alot. now she goes every day or every other day.

totally normal. My daughter (18mo) only pooped once a week for a couple weeks. And my son (8 weeks) has started going every other day. The doctor told me it was b/c breastmilk is designed for feeding the baby and most of it is absorbed so there isn't that must waste left over. as long as the baby is still peeing and your doctor is informed its ok. dont worry : )

Wow!!! No,my son is still pooping almost every feeding during the day. He's finally not needing a change overnight. And he's on breastmilk! As long as the doctor's not concerned, and your baby seems happy, enjoy!
