I love my little boys name. It's unique and my husband thought of it. We named him Bronx. I was curious what you guys named your little one, and if it's unique, how'd you come up with it?

My Dec 2009 baby is my youngest of four boys. His name is Carson Avery. I also have Hayden Richard(2006), Logan James(2004) and Devon Henry(2000). All of their middle names are family names.

We named our son Brian-we had never met someone named Brian that we didn't like. Also, our other son is Benjamin. Ben is a strong name and we just liked it a lot. Both suit the boys very well-match their personalities.

i always thought that if i had a boy i would name him jacob. i was et on it for years, but the day we found out we were having a boy, it just didnt eem right any more, so we had to come up with something else. we decided on Caleb after a whole big, benjamin-nicholas-colin fiasco. it is so hard to choose just one (or two or three) names when there are so many to choose from, but in the end we decided that Caleb fit best, we couldn't think of any embarrassing nick names, the initials worked, and it wasn't overly common.

We named our son, Tristan Adrian. I always wanted to name a girl Adrianna so that is why my son got his middle name. (just shortened the name). My husband just blurted out one day the name Tristan and that is how we came up with our son name.

Our little guy is Carter Jacob, my husband and I just really liked (and agreed) on the name and we are unique bc Carter and his dad share the same 3 initials, CJB (Christopher Joseph). So we though that was cool!

My son was born on 12/17/19 and his father and I named him Christian Michael Blaine Campbell. But we call him Blaine. I wanted to name him Blaine and put Christian in there, but we didn't think Blaine Christian sounded right, so then it was going to be Christian Blaine and still call him Blaine. But then his dad decided he wanted his middle name in there, and then it became Christian Michael Blaine. He's 20 months old now, and still goes by Blaine, but definitly knows that he is in trouble when he hears Christian Michael.

We named our daughter Zanthea Renee. Renee is a common middle name in my husbands family so it just kind of stuck. We wanted a unique name, but not so differnet that it will get her picked on by other kids (c'mon ladies we all know kids can be cruel). He's had the name for many years, and if anyone has seen the movie Role Models, its actually the name of one of the D&D type of countrys, he had the name way before the name came out. We've even made up our own meaning for it. After looking at MANY baby books, we found two names similar to it. Xanthe- greek for golden, and Anthea- greek for flower. Zanthea is indeed our little golden flower, she even turned out to be a blonde!

Bronx is very unique and different without being weird -- I like it! I've heard of Knox for boy before, but not Bronx. Of course Brooklyn is a popular name for girls....might need to keep that one in your back pocket if you have another. :)

Our first daughter's name is Rhone Victoria. Long story but I worked with someone named Roman and one day a form came acrossed my desk with his named spelled Roan (missing the m). I like it and came home to tell my DH and he said like the Rhone wine region in France. And we both drink wine, so it was fitting. I still love the name but it will be hard to find a fake license plate with her name on it. :) Just kidding.

Bronx is a very unique and well liked name in my opinion. I named my daughter Jordyn. From the time i was playing house to now as i live house i always loved that name. Growing up i always said i'm going to name my first born Jordyn, and thats just what i did. If i would've had a boy i would've kept it spelled Jordan, but having a girl i thought spelling it the way i did made it a lil more unique in its own way. I think it also made it more girlish as silly as it may sound

Hi I have just seen Logan is top boys name for 2010!!! I chose this name for my son who is now 5, when he was born no one had hurt of it!! Now its not only in the top 10 but top of top 10!! arg, funny thing is my daughter who is 8 was going to be logan if she had been a girl. We called her Skye, when i was pregnant we couldn't decide on any names we both liked so came up with Skye, we have no idea where i came from but both loved it, Logan is obviously from x men but we are huge fans!! lol

My nan didn't like either names as they were very unique but they have normal middles names,( as we call them) Skye Elizabeth, myself, my mum, my nan and my great nan all have Elizabeth as middle names. Logan's is Fredrick ( my husband can't spell) after my late but ever so lovely grandad

Bronx is really cute! My son's name is Covin. My husband came up with his name. My oldest daughter is Emma and at the time 12 years ago wasn't so popular. My 3 year old is Aubrey and I didn't think it was to common, but now it seems to be moving up on the charts. Still havn't decided on my 4th child's name, but know we will use Julianne in part of it after my grandmother.

Our little girl's name is Caileigh Esther. The spelling of her name is unique, but I found that two or three of my friends from college named their girls the same in the last year with various spellings. Esther was chosen for her middle name because my husband's family all have middle names that begin with E, and it was the only name I felt matched well.

My boys have very common names (which is something I wanted) Anthony Joseph, Henry Morgan and Peter Alexander... My daughter has a different dad and wanted a name from his childhood. Her first name is Eowyn (A-O-Wyn). Her name is Eowyn Margaret and almost everyone calls her Maggie because no one can spell or pronounce her name. lol We are about to have another and have decided his name will be Steven Phinneaus.... the first name was random but the middle is actually one of Julia Robert's sons name and I liked it as a middle name.. :)

My first husband wasn't so adventurous, but with a surname of Lund... we had a Scott Lund and a Grace Lund. As we love the naming part of having babies, my new husband and I had 1. Christi-Anne Elise Snow Ball, 2. Josiah Jaimes Cotton Ball, 3. Declan Jerome Seven Ball (he was not and eight Ball), 4. Emma-Leyah Mary Charity Ball & 5. Kadi-Jaen Alexia Adora Ball. that makes 7 in total... I think that is enough.

My oldest's name is Keely, which is a name from a series of books and VERY Irish! My oldest son's name is Garion which comes from another series of books by David Eddings. My daughter Rhiannon's name, even though common to the Fleetwood Mac song is NOT why we named her that. It's from the same books as my oldest daughters. My youngest son's name is Ronan. We couldn't agree on a boys name, when we had a list of 75. Ronan's was 72. We got to that name and my husband said I like that one....couldn't figure out why until we were watching on of our favorite TV shows -Stargate: Atlantis. I wanted my kids to have unique names; they do alright! :)

I have 3 children and they have unique names and different spellings........Davin Cole, Tariq Alan, and Teia Ann. I had never heard Davin when my brother thought of it and I loved it, Tariq was named after a nurse at the nursing home that his great grandmother was at and took care of her.....and the family loved him, so that is how that happened, and Teia was named by Davin.....he said I had two choices......Tia or Tamara from the show Sister Sister so I picked Tia and just changed the spelling.

My little girl (23/08/05) is called Briallen Leona. We had picked Leo/Leona/Leonora for the angel we'd lost the year before so wanted to remember him or her. Briallen is Welsh for primrose and Wales was a very special place for us, we had been there together every year since we'd met. We are separated now but still holiday there individually and take Bria back every year.

I got Dayen from a Christine Feehan novel only she spelled it Dayan (which is the masculine of Diane) I wanted Day'en so I just swapped an the a for the e to get the sound I wanted. Lee is his fathers and grandfaters middle name. I come from a family of unique names so it was fitting he have one as well.

I have 3 boys!
Stetson Jeremiah~ we loved the name stetson and my husband is a cowboy so it fit well. And his middle name comes from a family tradition of the first born son taking the fathers first name as his middle name(although we call my husband Jeb!)
Rance Wade~ my mom actually came up with Rance and his middle name is after my dad! Unfortunately Rance is in Heaven with Jesus and only spent 14 hours with us here on earth due to medical negligence of a drug overdose in the NICU.
Landry Kreed~ Landry is our youngest and well we are HUGE Dallas Cowboys fans, so we got his name from Tom Landry! We had several middle names picked out for him but Kreed is the one most family and friends liked.

My husband and I named our son Layne Kiel. Layne is the masculine form of his grandmother Elaine. Also named after the singer Layne Staley. His middle name is more for me, I love celtic names and wanted him to have one but I settled on it as his middle name and I liked this spelling more than the traditional Kyle. So Layne Kiel it is!
