Does your baby throw fits??

Girls I have a child with autism who is 10 yrs old and my little four month old baby son has had NO SHOTS WHATSOVEVER. I know they say shots don't cause Autism but my first son had what's called "late onset autism". I'm scared of everything now, I hyper analyze my little babies every move now. I wish I could relax but coming from a world of autism for several years it is so hard. Girls I think shots are a personal choice, we all love our babies and want what is best for them. God Bless us all in our decisions, shots or not, oh on on the post, my baby has those crying spells too. Some days are better than others and I know these will pass. I agree totally that gas, baby frustration, sleepiness are all good causes of these outbursts.

my son is 4 months and has little tantrums but you can tell his are put on if i've been playing with him and then put him down so i can get a drink or go to the bathroom he starts kicking his feet and waving his arms and screaming not crying but a scream like hey i'm still hear. he doesn't do it all the time only when i have to leave the room and do something it's kind funny but at the same time i hate that he's already throwing fits it makes me think im in for so much more when he gets older.

I was told by my doctor not to put rice cereal in the bottle because it is a causes a big choking risk. My daughter also has the fits, but I think its more frustration on their part than anything.

Those who decide to give shots of POSION to their children...well that's up to you...BUT they DO cause harm to lots of children and to adults as well. IF you decide to have them you SHOULD do your research first!!!!!!!! I'm a healthy person and my Mom decided against it for all of her children. The government like you all to follow all the lies they tell....and the children are the ones to suffer:( Alot of babies have problems due to having SO many shots SO young!!!!! If you only knew why your babies are so fussy because of what their pumped full of. I'm not saying that they all don't work...but so many illness's are from it...and alot of the shots DO NOT work!!!! Always look into why your doing somthing like shots. I read a book about Pro shots.....the more I read the more I will never let my beautiful child have them!!!! Just somthing to think about....and I'm not telling anyone not to do it...just think and do your research!!!! I did!!

Julie,
Vaccinations do not make babies unhappy... however it does prevent illnesses that could kill or severly harm your baby... The risk of side effects are much smaller than serious danger to your childs health if it catches any of the illnesses the shots are meant to protect against. A friend of mine chose to not vaccinate her eldest son, and almost lost him at a very young age... in a preventable illness!!!

Mya used to cry quiet often due to her tummy ache (3-month colic) but that has passed and she's a very happy baby now. She only cries when she's hungry and/or tired. :)

My little guy is doing good, somtimes he'll have his crying moments....but I have a question for all of you ladies.....have ALL of your babies had their shots???? We decided NOT to because of all the side affect's and Jaxon is a very happy baby. Just a thought.....

My baby was the same and i agree that it was wind or a bad tummy. My mum said i used to do it too wen i was a bub and the doctors put it down to ibs irritable bowel syndrome...a friend once told me sh put a constipated babys knees upto his tummy so it was easier to poo,feeling lost for a solution i tried this with my baby and sure enough worked like a charm..do try it if u find nothing seems to help.

Hi there,
Both my sons have had this for the first 3-4 months of their lives... I reckon its gas.
And dont worry it gets better!
My youngest is now almost 4 months and only does this once a week now... for the first 8-9 weeks it was several times aday. He would scream so hard he went blue in the face!
The nurse when he had his first vaccinations got so concerned we had to stay for observation... I tried to tell her its just what he's like.

Now when he does it, I just leave him until he is done... as I said, doesnt happen much anymore!

My son is 3 and 1/2 months old. He too has started having crying fits recently. I think he is overly tired when he does it because once I walk him around the house he falls asleep. I was also reading up on growth spurts which occur several times during the first year of life. During this time, its seems babies eat a lot more frequently during these times and naps can be affected because baby is waking up more often to eat. Since he is not sleeping as much, he is more likely to be tired and more fussy. I did read that most babies have a growth spurt around 3 months and my son was eating much more. I am hoping that this growth spurt was the cause of his unwelcome change in behavior (up until now he was so calm). I have also started to put him down for a nap at the first sign that he is tired and this seems to help. Well good luck all, I know the frustration that comes along with these fits and it's nothing nice!

my daughter is 3 1/2 months and ya she does that when i change her butt and or clothes, carseat time, tummy time, all that awesome stuff but im kinda thinking that its that she is maybe tired!! idk quite yet im going to make an appointment with the doc. bout that one!!!!

Unfortunately my son does that too. I dont think he has this RSV you speak of...what is that? My son is only 4 months old but once that sleeping all day faze went away he started these shreeking fits if he isnt held or getting fed the way he wants to sit, or if he goes in his carseat, or if we change him bum and so on. Its getting quite frustrating and i aswell dont know what its all about, or if im doing something wrong. Im also concerned that its happening this early. How old is your daughter? Could it just be the terrible twos? My mother in law once did something that made her other grandson's temper tantrums stop. They were in a check out lane and he wanted something he couldnt have and fell on the floor screaming and kicking his legs, so she did the same he was only 3 but very embarassed he never did it again haha Not saying that you should do it but its a funny story.
