My baby still has his pretty blue eyes and I know he will have them for at least a few more months if they do change. Has anyone's babies eye color changed yet?

When Austin was born he had dark grey/blue eyes, he now has extremely vivid blue eyes like mine. He's 2 years and 5 months.

My mother has brown eye's, my father's changes from blue to green to grey and most of the time there's yellow and white blotches in certain places. Mine were brown for the 1st 6 month's after birth then turned into my father's color/s =) My fiancés mother has bright blue eyes, so does his father, and he did for the 1st 6 year's of his life then they turned green. He has 2 boy's with his ex wife and she has blue eyes and both Jake and Shaun have blue eyes. Shaun's are like how his dad's use to be, bright blue. I think they might change still, he's only 5. But the oldest is 9 and his are like his mother's.. So I'm 33 week's pregnant and I'm curious what color our son's are gonna be. I want them to be like mine, but even if they are they could change around 6 yrs old like his daddys did.. Sucks for me lol

Nope my two year old's eyes are still blue as ever! I had blue eyes up til I was 3 or 4 and they turned blue-hazel-ish. His dad's eyes are blue so that's where he got it from.

This is to Brooke who has blue eyes and so does her husband. You will only have blue eyed children period. It is virtually impossible for two blue eyed parents to have brown, hazel or green eyed children.

One of my twins has blue eyes and one has one blue eye and one hazel. We took her to a specialist who said they will stay this way and the hazel one may get a little darker. I love them, hope she will too when she gets older!!!

My daughters started at a beautiful deep blue, then turned to a steel grey around 3 months, I really wanted the grey to stay but they finally shifted to dark brown and have been that way since about 9 months. My eyes are normally hazel and shift from brown, green, and gold depending on mood, lighting, and what I'm wearing, but my husbands are just straight brown.

My hubby has green/hazel eyes and I have brown eyes, but somehow our 5 MO son ended up with blue/grey eyes. We are both biracial, but our son seemed to only have our ''white'' features as he has dark blond hair too!! My friend and her husband are biracial and latino, she with brown eyes and he with green eyes and their son was born with blue eyes. But he just turned one year now and his eyes turned green!! My GP says that baby eye color can change up to 3 years old, so its still a surprise what color eyes our son will end up with!! Just hope they dont go brown like mine :)

My daughters eyes started changing at about 4 months. Right now they are hazel with brown in the middle and the blue on the outside. I have green/gold hazel eyes and my husband has brown eyes. They say the eye color would be known around 9 months, so only 3 1/2 months to go for me

I'm hoping my son ends up with my green eyes... they are are almost like an army green with hazel/amber flecks and a blue outer ring. His dads eyes are a light brown. They started off as a dark blue... and now are this greyishy green but sometimes still look blue. They are very interesting. So idk what they'll end up being. Btw he's 5months as of yesterday.

Logan was born with grey eyes, they are now Bright Blue just like daddy and everyone on dad's side of family. I'm sure they will stay.

My baby's eyes were dark blue at birth, now they've lightened to light blue/gray. I have brown eyes but her Dad has green eyes. Interestingly enough, anyone with a rudimentary understanding of statistics or who's ever done a punnit square will know that if one set of grandparents have brown eyes, the grandchild will have brown eyes because of gene dominance. However, both my parents have brown eyes, as do I, and my baby has light blue eyes. I can think of three possible reasons for this: 1) they will change later (eye Dr. said up to two years for baby eye color to change); 2) My daughter is defying the laws of genetics, or 3) She is an alien implant (just kidding).

[deleted account]

I hope my baby's eyes turn green. No offense to the beautiful blue-eyed babies and children, but there are so many of them, it would be nice to have a green-eyed baby. One of my toddler classes I had, all 14 of them had blue eyes.

[deleted account]

My baby had grey eyes when she was born, not very blue at all. Now they are a very lovely hazel. They have been hazel since she was 3 months, she is now 5.5 months.

[deleted account]

We were told that baby eye color changes start between 5 and 7 months, but may not happen for 2-3 years. My daughter was born with dark blue eyes and they got lighter as weeks went on. Now we are starting to a little bit of green coming in. Both myself and my hubby have green eyes, but blue does run in my family.

My baby girl is 5 months old and used to have a deep blue eye color. They have now lightened up and have a light brown around her pupil. I thin they may just stay that way although both my husband and I have hazel eyes(brn/grn). However we both have relatives tih blue eyes. My maternal grandma, my uncle, his dad and brother...

Both my older children have bright blue eyes, my husband has hazel and I have very dark brown. My Mother is the only one in our family with blue eyes and the gene carried over to them which is was very surprising to me. My 5 month old had dark blue/brown eyes when he was born, now they are brown.
