I would say so long as you aren't using soap/baby wash every bath. If you are going to bathe your babe 2x a day I would only use baby wash and shampoo 3x a week. I would also recommend getting a thick cream to lather on baby after the last bath of the day - do this while baby is damp so as to lock in the moisture. This way baby's skin stays hydrated and soft. If you notice dry skin then i recommend Galaxal - it is an AWESOME hypoallergenic cream i use on my daughter - it smells awful but I put some lavender lotion on after and she smells great. Her skin is so soft now!

Do you mean to give your baby a bath twice a day? I would say that is too much. I give my son a bath every other day because he doesn't do anything to get dirty. You want to make sure that their skin doesn't get dry from excessive washing and washing their natural oils.
