May son refuses bottle but eats baby food !!!

My son turned six months today, I always give him the bottle before solids, but the last couple of days @ times he refuses the bottle but he'll gobble up all the baby food. Any suggestions for what I can do ? I'm worried that he does not get enough formula, cause I know that's the most important thing right now. I'm trying to train him to use a sippy cup but he just plays with it.

When my son eats he normally eats everything but he will drink out of a sippy cup just not formula it has to be juice.

mine was the same.... i give formula and after awhile when he rejects it i take the bottle and makes cornflour porridge or rice porridge with it and he eats most of it.
he likes eating with a spoon...

my daughter doesn't like to drink after or before her solids but she knows how to use a sippy cup now so i leave it around her for when she gets thristy.. formula may be important but if he doesn't want it then its going to be hard for you to force it on him as long as he's getting all the nutriants from the solids just keep trying the bottle a little while after a feeding and keep up with offering the sippy cup...sorry i couldn't be of mmore help.. (i honestly dont blame any baby that refuses formula i can't even stand the smell of the stuff, i feel bad every time i mix up a bottle lol )
