My baby had his one year visit the other day and he ways 23 lbs 12 oz and is 82cm long. He in the 55 percentile for weight and 97 for height. I was really surprised by the height percentile. How much do your babies weigh and how tall were they at their one year visit?

My baby girl at one year was 16lbs and 28" long she is very small, but has more energy than my husband, me and my three other kids put together! Healthy and small but a fireball!!! All 4 of my kids are different. Two of my girls are like their dad a little thicker and taller and my son and 1 year old are tiny like me!

At Blake's checkup he was 20lb 11oz and almost 29 inches, about 10% and 15% respectively. He has Cystic Fibrosis and has had growth issues since about 4 months of age so he will probably be a petite guy!

my son was 20 lbs 8 oz and 27.25 inches on his 12 month appt.
he's in the 20th percentile for weight and not on the charts for height, but my husband and i are both short.

he's 14 months today and hes about 28 inches (maybe a little less) and 22 lbs 6 oz,

everyone thinks he's about 10 months though.

my 14 month old daughter was 17 lbs 2 oz and 28 inches long. She was underweight and in the 5 percentile for her height. She was born 4 lb 7 oz at full term and is extremely energetic.. She has been walkin since 10 months and hasn't slowed down since so her weight never has a chance to catch up with her

Mine was 25 pounds and 33 and a half inches long. he didn't even have a percentile on the chart. it was funny to watch his doctor check several times before telling us he was off the chart. That was over a month ago and i think his height grew some more too cause he wears 24 month to 2 t clothes. so don't worry you aren't the only one with a giant for a baby :) start teaching basketball maybe he'll reach nba :)

My daughter is very petite for her age. When we went in for her 1 year checkup she weighed 18 lbs 6 oz-6th% and was 29 1/2 in-50th%. I to thought it crazy that her weight was so much lower percentile wise than her weight but her doc said that she will most likely be petite and that as long as she stays within her range that she is fine.

My daughter was 17 lbs. 12 oz and 28 inches at her one year check. I don't know about percentiles, but I know she's following a good growth curve, so the doctor wasn't worried about her being a light weight. She was 4 lbs. 9 oz. and 17 inches at birth.

My little boy weighed 18.9 and was 30.5 inches at his one year appointment. I think he was in the 2 percentile for weight and 30 percentile for height. My doctor isn't concerned one bit about him. She actually said that what they look for when they measure height and weight is large deviations from the growth patterns and James, my son, has always been skinny and moderately tall. So I don't worry about making comparisons to other babies any more at all.

He's always been healthy and has hit all of his developmental markers early. The kid has ALWAYS been on the move ever since he learned to crawl at four months! Plus, I'm only 101 lbs and 5'2" and my hubby is 6'1" and 180 lbs., so most likely he'll be moderately tall and skinny just like his daddy.

Our daughter had her one year check-up this week and weighs 17 pounds, 29 inches long and head size was good too. She had the flu last week and they said she lost weight having the flu. We adopted her and she was very small at birth. Can't switch her the other way in carseat until she is 20 pounds. She eats, but not putting the weight on. The doctor suggested to us give her pediensure to fatted her up. Have a good weekend.
