Thanx for all replies, Kyle loves hisjolly jumper but it doesnt keep him busy for that long he loves jumping, and peek a boo and walking in his ring all the things other kids will like but it amazes him for only a few minutes,,, wont even take a nap anymore. Looks like i have my hands full i do all things with kyle that people say ohhhh you gonna drop him and stuff and that keeps him busy for a whil.

my 6 mth old son doesn't love his jolly jumper anymore mainly coz he cant chase our cats and dog, he loves the walker, and laying on the floor with toys, but when that fails i stick hjim in the pram and go for a walk, its good for me and he loves seeing something else, even if its just a quick trip to the local shop or post office or just around the block, its great if he is really tired and grizzly but wont settle for a nap.

Well, it depends, are you trying to get things around the house done? Or are you looking for something you both can do? If I have things to do around the house, I have the 26-disc Einstein set, they are about 30-40 min. in length, she will only watch about ten min. of it becuase she watches me clean most of the time. And sometimes I will set her in her Bumbo, and talk to her as I do housework.

We also have an exersaucer, books, toys, and her stuffed monkey that she loves to chew on. I just ordered the taggies baby doll. I know she will love that.

Exersaucer for sure...my daughter loves hers!! We also have a Bumbo seat for her with a tray. She sits in it and has her toys in front of her to play with. She loves when we read her stories (every night before bedtime), she chuckles at the pictures loves to hear us read. Her favorite seems to be "Daddy Hugs" by Karen Katz. She also loves it when she's just on the floor playing around. We get down there with her and make faces at her and tickle her. She also appears to love soccer...lol...she's been hanging out with Daddy on the couch and watching the World Cup :) he explains it to her while they're watching, it's awfully cute.

Mostly my daughter likes to roll around on the floor and play with her toys, but she also likes when I get down on the floor with her and talk to her and make faces and sing and stuff like that. She also loves when we go for walks, whether it's just around the block or downtown, there is always lots to look at (and the fresh air seems to make babies tired!). I also read to her sometimes, let her try feeding herself, and just walk around the house showing things to her. Of course, nothing beats chewing on hair and phones!!

Tyler loves Peek a boo. We put his facecloth over his face and he pulls it off. He can do this for 15-20 minutes at a time!!

Jolly Jumper for sure!!!, his walker keeps him amused for ages, toys on the floor, kisses from the dogs, as mentioned before loves eating my phone. THE WIGGLES! tickles, peek a boo, sneezing always makes him laugh for ages. We also organise play dates with other babies his age.

I put Adam in his baby walker and off he goes. Sometimes I put him on the balcony and he watches the world go by. A few times I found he'd fallen asleep out there! He also likes playtime on his blanket where I put him and leave him with some of his toys. He also loves to get his hands on any mobile or remote he can find. When he and I play together we play peek-a-boo or aeroplane. I sing to him or let him splash around in his little babypool outside.

The jolly jumper is great of course long plays in this isnt good so we have a little basket full of toys sit that and her on her mat with cushions around her and she loves to sit there and pull her toys out and play with them. She hasnt grasped the concept of putting them away yet tho.
