I just took my 3 hour glucose test, in my 2nd pregnancy, 1st was ok, and I am kind of confused about what I should do with the results.After the first hour:114,2nd hour:155,3rd hour:175.My doctor said he has never seen it go up instead of down and that I technically dont have GD.Has anyone experienced this before and what kind of diet did you switch to?They just told me to watch my sugar intake, but should I follow a diabetic diet??

I have never heard of your sugar level increasing, It does not make sense. I would almost question if the lab tech mixed up the blood draws and put them in the opposite direction. I would personally just not add additional sugar to my diet but following a diabetic diet never hurts either. As long as you don't substitute your sugar to substitutes that are bad for you. I would not worry about it too much considering your doctor said that you are not in a GD range. Good luck.
