babies turn at all different times...it depends on how chubby, how strong, are they back sleepers, etc...not to worry unless you see delays in other areas...ask the doc or nurse at next visit...

Every baby develops differently, but I think the best thing you can do to help him along is give him lots and lots of tummy time. Our little one went from hating it to being fine, no crying at all. I think they cry a lot in the beginning when their muscles are weak. We tried to make it more "pleasant" by putting her on her tummy for a spell after every nap. Being better rested, she tolerated it better. Sure enough, by being consistent, we eventually saw lots of improvement. Don't be worried if he ends up mostly rolling one direction. Our girl almost never rolls front to back, however, she is almost ready to crawl, and she turned 6 months a couple of days ago.

You mean rolling? The normal range for rolling is 5-7 months. Some babies do it as early as 3 months but he still has plenty of time before you have to worry.

My baby is also over 4 months and not rolling. I have friends whose babies haven't rolled til around 7 months, so it's perfectly normal. Encourage tummy time, even if your baby doesn't like it. This will help them learn to push themselves onto their back.
