My husband does not do anything. I breastfeed so I figure what is the point getting him up to change a diaper when I have to get up to feed him, then both of us are tired, but when I had some bottles made up and had a chance to sleep, he refused. He is just now starting to stay with him now when I am at work 3 1/2 months later, but still complains about having to feed and change him. So I usually have to find a babysitter for my husband to sit at home all night.

My fiance tries to get out of diaper duty sometimes if it is really stinky, but other then that he has been great. Just talk to him about it because it isn't fair and it is his responsibility too. We have a deal that my fiance takes care of the bedtime change and feeding since i do it the whole day and it's nice for him to get to have that bonding time.

he makes faces at her spit up or if its a stinky diaper, but most times he loves to feed her... would rather not touch the poopy diapers... although he changed her first one in the hospital cause I wasn't allowed outta bed yet

My husband doesn't mind feeding my daughter but he hates changing her. He always tells me he's changed enough diapers. I can count on one hand how many times he's changed one. and she's 4 months old. Its just a guy thing.

Remind him that its his baby too AND his responsibility !! I have an awesome husband who LOVES giving his lil boy his bath AND his bottle...He does that while I cook dinner and it works out so well!! I don't think he wants to feel my wrath if he wasn't pulling his weight so he just does it all !!

haha, my husband never gave me a problem with the changing but he likes to weezles his way out of feeding. its annoying but i just got over it. occasionally i put my foot down and MAKE him do it, lol but luckily our son is big enough to hold his bottle himself now! i think it was bc i breastfed in the beginning and he never had to do it. good luck! and hang in there, try not to behead him!
