When you first start introducing baby food, it's usually about 2 times a day. Start with a cereal and fromula mix-about 1-2 tablespoons. Sometimes if you make the second feeding close to bedtime they sleep a little better. Kim Hier

I've also heard around 28oz. But check with your DR to see. They will tell you roughly based on weight, and growth patterns. But until they are a year they get the most nutrition from the formula. Solids should just be a supplement, and to introduce new tastes, and get them used to eating solids.

She has been really cranky latley and not sleeping very well. Do you think it could be because of what i'm feeding her?

It's 24-28oz of formula per day until they are a year old...I had to check because I was having major issues with my daughter who was refusing the bottle for a while.

I know there is certain number of oz they recommend the baby continue to get until the age of 1 year and I want to say its like 24 oz, but I would check with your pedi just to make sure.
