How soon after having your baby did you feel broody again (if at all). For me it was really soon (days after my little one was born) then it tailed off, and noe it is back with a vengence now we have settled into a routine, he's 4 1/2 months now. Am I crazy for thinking of another pregnancy so soon?

Quoting quechelle:

your not crazy at all. if you want another baby and think you can cope with another one then there is no harm in trying again. i fell pregnant a little after my daughter turned three months. it was a plan to fall pregnant again and luckly for me i fell pregnant in the 1st month of tryin. i wasnt really broody i just always wanted two kids close in age. but i did get bump envy lol.....i missed my bump alot and whenever i saw i pregnant woman i would envy them and there lovley round bellys lol. are you sure your broody for another baby or are you just missing your pregnancy?

Quechelle, I think it's a bit of both, I loved being pregnant, with the bump and everything and I had no problems, til the end when he got so big and suffered shoulder dystocia during the birth (yep, 10lb 5oz!). Like you I always wanted 2 children close together, so now would be the time to take the plunge but also I'm not sure the older one wouldn't get pushed out or feel like he's not enough. I guess i'm feeling guilty in advance!? How are you with your little ones so close in age?
