Be very careful trying things with such a young baby. Is her poop hard, like little pellets? And does she struggle painfully from trying to poop? If so, stop giving her syrups and call her doctor asap! True constipation can be very serious to babies.

My son experienced the same and we tried suppositories, which helped. But be careful with those since some babies can become dependent of them.

Do not be afraid to call her pediatrician after hours! I have called mine at 2:00AM before!

When was the last time she had a BM? Switching from breast milk to formula slows down their digestive tracts. It's normal for babies to go up to 5 days w/o a BM. If your baby has a hard stool then mix a little karo syrup in the formula about 1 teaspoon per ounce of formula in 3 bottles a day. HTH.
