If so, how did it go? What were the cercumstances? How was your recovery afterwards?
I had forcepts after 28 hours of labour. There was merconium present right from the getgo (she had pooped inside) and her heart rate would drop ocasionally. After abotu 3 hours of pushing they decided the forcepts were the best way to go becaus they could see her head, so a C-Section wasn't necesary. My daughter Marleigh was born 7lbs 15 oz and 21 1/4 inches long. Afterwards I had a hard time recovering from my epesiotomy, and from all the soreness involved with pushing and everything else. I couldn't sit for almost 5 weeks! She is now 10 weeks and i'm feeling better now!
Please share you stories so I know i'm not alone!!\Thanks :D

I had a ventouse delivery. I had laboured for 15 hours, then pushed for 3 hours 20 minutes. Transferred to hospital as I couldn't push him out any further. His heartrate dropped a bit so the doctor and midwife decided on the ventouse as his head was visible. One pull and he was out but it was the worst pain of the whole labour when they attached the cap to his head and pulled him out. I tore considerably and had to have quite a few stitches and I could feel the whole thing. Funnily enough I didn't have too much pain with weeing afterwards or sitting, but sex was really painful for about a year afterwards. I still have to remind myself to relax otherwise it is a bit sore.
