exercise after c-section

i'm 3.5 weeks post c-section. are there any exercises i can be doing now that won't effect my recovery?

Yes, ask your doctor. My doctor allowed me to begin exercising 2 weeks post c-secton. I did yoga and walking. I really took my time though. As far as walking, I just made sure that I got out of the house and walked in a store for 20-30 minutes just to gain strength.

you better ask your dr. there is a reason why they dont allow things for at least 6 weeks
