I breastfeed and it is perfectly normal that some breastfeed baby not poop everyday so don't freak out. All babies are different just like adults. If you are really concerned ask your midwife or doctor about prune juice but PLEASE keep the suppository away from your poor little one's butt. This is really harsh and she will poop. You'll see that when she does you'll be up to your elbows in poop. My daugther was the same way and it freaked me out that she didn't poop but she eventually got on a routine schedule.

Newborns usually poo at least a couple of times a day. Most breastfed babies stop pooing a lot around 3 months, when it is normal for them to poo anywhere from twice a day to once every 10 days. But at only 3 weeks I think you should check with your doctor.
