My twins still have their days and nights mixed up how do I keep them up during the day so they'll sleep through the night? They are only 2 months old so are they suppose 2 be sleeping a lot? They are always together never seperated from each other.

Do you have them sleeping in the same crib? And during the day are they sleeping together? If you have them separated during the night and together during the day... switch that. Remember they not only were use to having you around 24/7 they are use to having each other around 24/7 too.

Well I never had twins, but I do have 2 children both of which loved to stay up til like 2AM.. First of all, how old is your baby? What I had to do was limit their nap time in the evening.. I also had to keep them awake (even though it was hard) when they wanted to sleep at like 5 pm. You will have to experiment a little bit to see what is a good bedtime for your baby. I would say start trying to get them to sleep at like 7 ish. That will give you a little lee way if it doesnt work so good. And if they go to be at 7, then that will give you some much needed time for yourself to rest. Good luck.
