how long after a ceaser shuld i start exercises?

i am a physical therapist and i had a c-section too. we can start exercising 6 to 8 weeks post partum, assuming there are no complications. i started doing abdominal exercises i.e. core strengthening and sit ups at 8 weeks. but for your peace of mind, i would advice you to consult your doctor. good day..;-)

I had a c sction and i started excersizing after 6 weeks and im seem to fine hope that helped but of course only do as much as you feel you can do dont push urself !!!! good luck
