Massage your breast while in the shower...It helps push the milk out so you can feel better...Way better

Only hand express if you pump it sends a msg to the brain to produce more milk , and you dont want that! And only express enough to relieve the pain DONT empty your breasts. Also if you went on the pill that will stop the milk production. Hope this helps.

Well I was just expressing and I slowly weaned off that, then when I stopped I left it a week and was really full and uncomfortable and then expressed it all out and then it was gone.

you can bind them. Tylenol works well to. I stopped cold turkey and had a fever for a couple of days but then felt fine. but wamr showers and hand expressing worked great. I found I still had some discharge for about 2 months after. But if you do choose to pump, try looking into a hospital that takes donated breast milk.

You could pump 4 times a day for a few days then 3 times a day for a few days then 2... so on and so forth... and eventually you'll stop producing milk, it will probably take a couple weeks but its easier on your breasts.
