I had a c-section and I was wondering how long did you wait before you started working out?

I had a c-section almost 5 weeks ago and even though I lost all of my pregnancy weight I hate the way my stomach looks. I know I shouldn't worry about working out right away but I was wondering when did you start to work out and what were some of the ways you lost your stomach and more weight?

I'm ok with the pain except the pain that's right by my belly button other than that 3 days after I had my c-section I was walking around like normal and when I went for my 2 week check up he said I was healing fine. I know my outside stitches are fine but as far as the inside stitches I don't want to mess those up. I think I'm going to wait until my 6 week check up before I start working out. But thanks I won't over due it.

well i had my son 8 months ago and i still havent lost my pregnancy weight so congrats on making it that far at least.!! :) as far as ur tummy.. i know with c-sections it is hard to make that part of u r tummy go away because ur skin was cut into!!! I was in too much pain even 5 weeks after i had my son to even work out.. i would say whenever u feel like ur body can do it i would start just be careful!! dont over due urself!!
