Its possible because my son got his two bottom teeth when he was 3months old.

When my son was one month i also thought he was teething because of the white gums but then my doctor told me he had a gum infection due to milk build up. He drooled a lot so i was confused when he told me that, but he prescribe me a liquid to put on sorry forgot the name, and it took it away in days. Then again each baby is different so maybe she could be teething just ask your doctor to be sure.

its definitely possible! My daughter, like her mommy, had two teeth by the time she was 3 months old! So i would say that if she is super drooly, is always chewing on things, and has little white buds on her gums, she is definitely teething!
