After looking it up (to try and better understand exactly what your baby has) I will also suggest Aveeno baby wash to you (which is a shampoo and a body wash). My son has all over sensitive skin and had cradle cap for the longest time and this cleared it right up!

I believe my son had the exact same thing. Is it itchy/irritating to your baby?? My doctor actually suggested using cortizone. So I did. I used the cortizone with extra healing (or something to that degree) and actually I put it on at night and by the next morning my son's face was CLEAR! I swear by this stuff. Just keep it out of their eyes and mouth :)

Try not to use any soaps or lotions with perfume. As far as creams please don't they have so much junk in them!!! I work for a company that offers all natural products including a lotion you could put on your baby(gentle as water) I used it on my infant that had what you are describing and it cleared within 1 week!!
