He definitely could be teething! My son had teeth by the time he was 3 months old or a little older. He is 9 months old now and has 8 teeth!!!

yes my son is now 5 months old and he started teething at 2 months old. i was worried so i took him to the dr n when she told me he was teething i couldnt belive it. watch for these sign: drooling excessivly, chewing on everything, pulling on the ears, rubbing his face, and having a low grade fever. i was using teething tablets & they seem to work but only for a second n my son hates baby orajel so my dr told me whe n he gets really fussy with his teeth give him tylenol

My daughter started that around that age. She's now 5 months and still no teeth. She still loves to chew on everything including my finger. Her pediatrician said that children can have symptoms of teething for months before a tooth actually shows up. I bought some teethers just so she'd have something to chew on and she loves them.

Yes he very well could be. My son does the same thing and he is 10 weeks old. He loves chewing on his hand, and loves it when his father uses the gum brush to massage his gums, he chews on his soothie too!

he could be teething. Babies can have teeth when they are born...weird, isn't it??
