My son is suddenly having trouble getting to sleep. Any ideas for a new bedtime routine?

Bath at8, warm milk at 9. Turn all lights off and keep the noise to a minimal. The only sound and light my dughter hears is the tv. She was in the hospital for 3 weeks so she could not and would not go to sleep without the background noise. Having tghe lights off may be a new sign for your child to nknow it is time to go to bed.

What works for us is giving her a bath before her last feed at night....I also have a fan going in her room for "white noise". I know that every baby is different but that works for my daughter. Hope that helps !

how old is he?? my son was sleeping through the night for 2 months then suddenly when he was 6 months old decided that he wanted to get up every 4 hours in the night again to nurse.. a week later a tooth popped out and it was just his teeth bothering him so we made sure he had a dose of ibuprofen before bed and we would get about 6 and a half hours of the night and he was back up... now, at 11 months we are back to sleeping through the night.. even through teething..
