I went through this with my son. Only when I gave him breast milk from a bottle. For some reason my breast milk changed when I refrigerated or froze it. It smelled and tasted really bad and he threw up every time. so I had to breast feed him from my breast only, and still do (almost 10 months old). He's also allergic to dairy products and soy formula so I couldn't switch to formula either. Just smell and taste your breast milk after you warm it up to make sure this isn't the problem. My son also had reflux. Your baby might have it too, its really common. after eating, don't lay her flat. Prop a pillow under her mattress. 99.6 isn't considered a fever, 100.4+ is.

as long as he's not vomitting every meal...you're ok. Babies do throw up...and yes..sometimes the whole meal. If the vomitting becomes more regular, then worry...but only once is not an issue. :)
