So here's a question for all you mom's out there...How in the world do you get rid of that little bulge under your belly button? I am almost back to my pre-pregnancy weight and I have been working out and doing lots of ab workouts and whatnot and it will not go away!!! Any tips from those of you who have conquered the post-baby bump???

Look it took you 9months to get big and it might take you a few years to loose that sag:)- But I agree with Acceptince and diligence with your diet and working out:)- Good luck

i've also heard about the muscles moving about 5 inches apart during pregnancy, so for most women (unless you are blessed with wonderful genetics) there is nothing really you can do about it. i'm planning a tummy tuck :)

Unfortunately I have heard there is no way to fully get your belly back without surgery. From what I understand your ab muscles are about an inch apart normally but pregnancy moves them about 5 inches. I have seen women afterwards with nice tummy's but I think it just takes time & a lot of crunches. Good luck!
